B&B Boarding Policies
To protect the health and safety of all the pets in our care and our staff, we uphold the following policies:
Vaccination Records: All guests must be current on DHPP (Distemper/Parvo), Rabies, and Bordetella. Please provide valid documentation from your veterinarian. All vaccines must be completed 2 weeks prior to a scheduled stay.
Negative Fecal Panel: A negative fecal report (showing no internal parasites) prior to boarding is highly recommended. Young dogs (under a year) with no history of a fecal check may be required to have one prior to boarding.
Flea & Tick Prevention: All guests must be on a current flea and tick preventative. If fleas or ticks are discovered upon arrival or during a stay, we reserve the right to refuse a dog to ensure the health of our facility and other guests. If found onsite, dog will be treated at owner’s expense.
Emergency Contacts: We require at least 1 verified emergency contacts (other than the primary owner) who are authorized to make medical and pickup decisions if you are unreachable.
Spay/Neuter Policy: It is highly recommended that your pet be spayed or neutered. Intact males or females can be considered for boarding after an initial assessment.
Temperament & Behavior: No aggressive dogs or dogs with bite history will be permitted.
Arrival Checklist: Please arrive with your dog's current food (pre-portioned in a bag is appreciated), a secure collar, and a name tag.
