B&B Boarding Policies
To protect the health and safety of all the pets in our care and our staff, we uphold the following policies:
Vaccination Records: All guests must be current on DHPP (Distemper/Parvo), Rabies, and Bordetella. Please provide valid documentation from your veterinarian.
Parasite Screening: A negative fecal report (showing no internal parasites) must be dated within the last 12 months.
Flea & Tick Prevention: All guests must be on a current flea and tick preventative. If fleas or ticks are discovered upon arrival or during a stay, we reserve the right to refuse a dog to ensure the health of our facility and other guests.
Emergency Contacts: We require at least 1-2 verified emergency contacts (other than the primary owner) who are authorized to make medical and pickup decisions if you are unreachable.
Spay/Neuter Policy: For the safety of a group play environment, all dogs must be spayed or neutered prior to their stay.
Temperament & Behavior: Please disclose any history of reactivity or aggressive behavior towards people or other dogs during your booking inquiry.
Arrival Checklist: Please arrive with your dog's current food (pre-portioned in a bag is appreciated), a secure collar, and a name tag.
