Boarding & Daycare FAQs:

For the safety of all dogs and staff, guests must abide by our boarding policies here.

All guests must be current on DHPP (Distemper/Parvo), Rabies, and Bordetella. Please provide valid documentation at booking from your veterinarian.

Yes, all dogs must be spayed or neutered prior to their stay.

Standard drop-off and pickup hours are typically between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM. After-hours accommodations may be available upon request for an additional fee.

Cancellations made 48 hours in advance of the stay are fully refundable. If within 48 hours, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged.

Nope, we welcome all furry friends!

Please bring your dog’s leash, food for the duration of their stay, any important medications, and any small items that will make their stay more comfortable. Food and water bowls are not necessary.

Dogs sleep in individual, comfortable, climate-controlled suites. We provide cozy bedding, but you’re welcome to bring your dog’s own items to help them feel at home.

Yes. For safety, dogs are grouped by a combination of size, age, energy level, and play style.

All guests must abide by our boarding policies to ensure safety. Our facility uses secure fencing, sanitized spaces, filtered airflow, and secure entryways. Staff are trained with emergency protocols.

Your dog’s wellbeing is our top priority. We will contact you immediately and, if necessary, consult your veterinarian. Minor issues may be treated on-site with your permission.

Yes, we can administer oral and topical medications.

Absolutely. We provide tailored care for seniors and pups with mobility or medical needs. Please discuss specifics with us prior to your stay.

We are a “bring your own food” facility. Please packing your dog’s regular food into a labeled bag.

Yes! Familiar items such as blankets or toys help your dog feel more at home. Please avoid irreplaceable or delicate items.

Yes! We send photo or video updates so you can see how your dog is settling in and enjoying their stay.

Standard boarding starts at $55 per dog per night. Add-ons (extra walks, enrichment, baths) are also available. Please see what’s included here.

Yes! Guests can enjoy approved play groups, leashed walks around the farm, and enrichment activities like dog puzzles and scent spaces. We also offer departure baths and nail trims, along with emergency transportation to a veterinarian if needed during their stay.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and holidays, which fill quickly.

A half-day of dog daycare is 5 hours or less. A full-day is more than 5 hours, but not an overnight stay. For boarding, check out our B&B here.
Pet Sitting FAQs:

Pretty much everything you can think of. In the past, we’ve taken care of dogs, cats, guinea pigs, chinchillas, fish, birds, horses, alpacas, goats, donkeys, rabbits, chickens, ducks, and geese.

Most visits are 30 minutes, including potty, playtime, and meals if necessary. Farm visits usually take longer depending on the number of animals and their needs.

Yes, many animals need medicine to stay healthy and comfortable. We ensure your pets receive their medications as directed.

Located in East Palestine, Ohio, we service areas such as Columbiana, Leetonia, Rogers, New Waterford, Negley, New Springfield, New Middletown, Petersburg, Enon Valley, and Chippewa.

There is never a time too early to book, especially in situations where you need a week or more of complete care. 2-3 months in advance is very much appreciated!
